Facts and Numbers
Many hundreds
of students from yeshivos across the length and breadth of the holy
land are presently taking part in the varied study regimens created and
maintained by Dirshu. They include Chassidishe, Litvishe,
Ashkenazi and Sepharadi institutions. The ranks also encompass people of
ages ranging form early adolescence to much older baalebatim. The
list of yeshivos include the following: Ohr Elchanan in Jerusalem
and Tiberias; Belz in Bnei Brak; Chevron – Givat Mordechai; Chevron-Geulah;
Kfar Chassidim in Rechasim; Kol Yaakov and Kaminetz in Jerusalem; Yeshivat
Hanegev in Netivot; She’eris Yosef in Be’er Yaakov; Kol Torah; Yeshivas Rav
Chaim Ozer; Shaarei Binah; Nachalas Haleviim in Haifa; Ateres Yisrael;
Tifrach; Orchos HaTorah in Bnei Brak; Birkas Yitzchak; Ohr Yehudah; Imrei
Zvi in Kiryat Sefer; Birkas Efraim in Bnei Brak; Maayan Chaim Veshalom in
Ashkelon ; Ohr Layesharim in Bet Shemesh; Ohr Baruch in Jerusalem; Chachmei
Lublin in Bnei Brak ; and Sfas Emes in Jerusalem. Other schools have
joined the registry as well. The latest tally of participants puts the total
at about 1500 bachurim, kollel yungeleit and
balebatim. The programs include Ashmores Haboker, V’talmudo
B’yado, evening kollelim and kollelim for baalei
teshuvah.
